It seems like everyday we discover a new beer blogger in Michigan, excited and passionate about craft brews, ready to mingle with the digital crowd and share their love of the great beers Michigan has to offer. I have to agree with them, blogging about beer and then talking about it with friends digitally or in person, is kind of a pretty sweet gig. It’s easy to talk about what you love and encourage others to try new things, when those things are alcoholic beverages that are made right in your back yard! I say the more the merrier! In honor of all the great Michigan beer bloggers out there, I offer up a top five list of the best Michigan Beer Blogs in existence (that we know of). Here they are in no particular order.

The Michigan Beer Blog Seth and Laura Porter run this great blogspot site out of Grand Rapids, Michigan. They travel the state visiting local microbreweries and brewpubs, chronicling their adventures and drinking lots of beer along the way. Their photography is absolutely fantastic, and helps paint a great picture of the awesome spots we have in the state.
